What we collect
We collect the account details you give us, the invoices and documents you process, and technical data needed to run the service, such as logs. We collect only what is needed to provide Cortena and support you.
Why we process it
We process data to provide the service, to keep it secure, to meet legal obligations, and to support and improve Cortena. For the data in your account, we act as your processor and follow your documented instructions.
Where your data is hosted
Your documents and data are hosted in the EU. Where we use subprocessors, we keep processing within the EU wherever possible and hold the appropriate agreements. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and bookkeeping obligations, including GoBD retention. On request and where the law allows, we delete or return your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing, in line with the GDPR. We support you in responding to these requests for the data in your account.
