Your subscription
Cortena is provided as a subscription that scales with your entities and invoice volume. The plan, term, and renewal are set out in your order or agreement, and our team confirms them with you before you start.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Cortena lawfully and only for your own finance operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Your data and your books
Your documents, bookings, and audit trail remain yours. Cortena processes them to provide the service and prepares postings for your ledger. You stay in control · nothing posts until your team approves it.
Availability and support
We work to keep Cortena available and secure, and provide support at support@cortena.ai. Planned maintenance and any service commitments are described in your agreement.
Liability
Cortena prepares work for your review · you remain responsible for approving postings and filings. Our liability is set out in the full terms. Cortena does not replace your accountant or tax advisor.
