For the data in your account, you are the controller and Cortena acts as your processor. We process personal data only to provide the service and on your documented instructions, as set out in our data processing agreement.
Data subject rights
We support your obligations to respond to access, correction, and deletion requests. Because your data is structured and logged, locating and acting on a specific record is straightforward.
Our DPO and your DPA
Cortena has appointed a data protection officer you can reach directly. A data processing agreement (AVV) is available on request, covering subprocessors, security measures, and transfer safeguards.
What this means for you
